Papa Johns Pizza - Carolina Township

Wish I could give tonight zero stars ! Manager is very inconsiderate and the steps to getting something fixed are outrageous. My daughter and I have Covid so I decided to order something that we could reheat in case we couldn’t eat much… but nooooo whole order was messed up and they only way to get it fixed is through DoorDash how we ordered it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a papa johns. I walked inside and everyone behind the counter just looked at me with disgust. I then waited for 5 minutes before the workers even asked what I wanted…..I will never come back to this place

Always something ?. Ordered delivery for my boys. I got home a couple of hours later. I opened the boxes and to my surprise, the super Hawaiian pizza is a pepperoni pizza with green peppers, definitely not what I ordered. Another time, I was given someone else's order with their name on it. Even left the pan in the box another time. I guess I just need to try a different location. I did appreciate the manager taking care of this and have the correct pizza delivered.

Dietary restrictions: Salads to choose from, and veggie pizzas

Hot Fresh ! Delivered on time and the app made it extremely easy to place my order. Always a go to for a quick dinner option.
