Chick-fil-a - Carolina Township

I've only been there once and I was totally amazed as to the number of employees working that morning but it was very sufficient and worked very smoothly especially since all of their restaurants are always busy food was great… I must visit This establishment again in the future… Soon!

Bought 30 piece chicken nuggets 2 chicken sandwiches tonight. We divide the chicken nuggets evenly between the 3 children especially since no fries were ordered tonight. Each one gets their 10 pieces of chicken nuggets each. Our granddaughter says she loves Chick Fila chicken nuggets and she was the one who didn’t get her 10 pieces. Three days prior to event I went into the restaurant and ordered a catering tray for delivery. The morning of my event they called to tell me they would not deliver it because it was not a large enough purchase — “per the Operator”. Also said the front counter people should not be taking catering orders. I asked if I could pay extra to have someone deliver, but they would not do that either, although drivers were coming and going with small orders when I went to pickup. Absolutely love Chick fil A but my order was not right this time. I'm disappointed as I had driven too far to turn back for more food.

Lots of people working but slow service. Employees stood around talking while I stood at the register waiting to give my order. Why does online and delivery orders seem more important than the people standing in the store waiting for their food?
