Not one staff member knew what we had reservations for nor did they have the performances we thought we were booking for.

Very Disappointing. To start, im not sure why they opened at 630 if the show didnt start until 10pm. Then there were what appeared to be 3 employees seating customers working the bar, etc. But only 1 of them ever took an order, made drinks, and served customers. Its impossible for her to do it alone. Over the course of the few hours i was there the entire place turned over more than 50 customers who left to sit in the other bars due to lack of service at chico Lastly This is certainly not a cabaret, its a live music bar!

The waitress at the beginning offered me assistance but then when I ordered a second drink she left me waiting for more than 20 minutes and never came back. I got up to pay and leave.

I went to the cabaret for my 50th birthday. I had so much fun. Cocktails are yummy, the food was beautifully presented and I enjoyed the rum flight. The band and DJ- absolute perfection!

Really great fun atmosphere! Staff was amazing! Music was lively! Enjoyed very much!
