Chef Alex joined us for my at-home bridal shower and made the event absolutely PERFECT! She created many custom small plates for us that all 30 of the guests could not stop raving about (or get enough of). From duck confit crostinis to roasted beet skewers to filet finger sandwiches, every single selection was mouth-watering and over-the-top delicious. Chef Alex's FIVE MOTHER SAUCES cooking class was the perfect holiday gift for our adult son. She made the process easy by sending the grocery list ahead of time, then coming directly to our kitchen while our son was in town and guided him through making the sauces and preparing an excellent meal (or three! . This process convinced us that experiences make the best gifts!

Chef Alex was absolutely delightful! She helped us plan the meal, then, on the day of the dinner she showed up right on time! She was both entertaining and informative and loved to talk about food and cooking. The meal she prepared was absolutely delicious! We give her our highest recommendation!
