Noah's Ny Bagels - Carmichael

Breakfast burrito has over cooked tortilla that's hard as a rock, the bacon is translucent and undercooked. Total fail. Highly recommended going elsewhere. Edit: Einstein bagels needs to come to sac.

When I arrived the line was out the door I was surprised how quickly they were able to get through the line. The farmhouse sandwich was delicious !!! I even walked away with 3 FREE bagels for filling out their survey listed on the receipt

Great bagels and friendly staff. However, it appears a new practice is in place for credit card payment and that is mandatory tipping? The checkout screen does not offer customer options to decline or cash tipping. The screen requires customer to select minimum $1 or up. Noah 's tipping is not percentage based on your purchase, example of tipping rate such as 15%, 20%, 25%, etc. My wife and I have no issues of tipping more these days due to workers are impacted by the pandemic. However, I still believe it is up to the customer to tip based on the quality of the food and service. As for mandatory tipping, I still have not bought into this new concept.

Your hours say open 2pm, your employees ignore that, they don't even answer the phone. I showed up 1:55 doors already locked. Last time I came you were out of pretty much all your bagels, I don't think the staff here cares much for customer service or commitment to store hours. I won't be back to this location

Friendly staff and clean store. Plenty of parking and now that they installed an intersection with signals it's much easier to get in and out. I use the Noah's app to order and the food is ready and placed sealed on a table for contactless pickup.
