Crazy For Yogurt - Carmichael

The sign on the door says they are open on Sundays from 11 am to 10 pm and online says they are open until 10 pm. But when I went at 9:16, they told me they were closed and then lock the door after my departure, even after I told them their sign they were open until 10 a.m., normally I love this yogurt shop, but I was very disappointed by the staff that worked.

Fifth time, I took my family here and it's getting worse. I think they don't train employees. Shave ice is important to me, it's my favorite. But I dried up more than half of one today. I told them their lime had turned last time, that was a year ago and it's still rough as mold. They say they have coconut, but they don't have the last three times. I live nearby if it were half decent, I would be there weekly. It was an ice stone with old syrup. Great.

Always very nice people work here. Very clean in peaceful love come here. 100% makes me happier(:

I would normally give a 5-star rating because I love this place and our family has been going for a long time. We came to the store for a yogurt tonight and I was thrown back by our service. When we first came in, we were not recognized for a minute because the worker was busy talking to her friends. After waiting there, I was rudely asked what I can do for you. I asked for sample cups and no longer knew there were no samples. I had to get a sample from the worker and one of the samples was not available. I was informed that she had to get something, but instead of helping us, she went back to talk to her friends. I'm very disappointed and didn't want to buy a yogurt tonight if my son wasn't already excited to get one. I no longer understand having sample cups, but if this new system works as you have employees who are willing to help customers there.

Always gone here since they've opened and have always been happy with what they offer. However, I think it would be nice if there was more than one non-dairy yogurt flavor, since, as a vegan, it limits what chooses I have. (I will say that the past non-dairy flavors have been great, just would appreciate more of them).
