Chick-fil-a - Carmel

The chicken bugs were good, but the riders are simply in order. I think we were 20 minutes in the car ride. I won't do that anymore.

I was waiting in the drive through line at this Chick-fil-A. I watched one of the drive workers interact with a large dog in a vehicle. the worker allowed the dog to lick their hand and then proceeded to give the dog a treat. They then returned to giving people their food and on more than one occasions, holding the drink cups across the top. I asked the young lady to wash hands prior to giving me my food, she said of course but did not wash her hands immediately as she continued giving the people in front me their food. I chose to go inside and pick up my food instead. I personally don't think she washed her hands or if she did it was not properly as I don't think lost sight of her for any period of time. I also brought the managers attention to it. I love Chick-fil-A and their service, but, I don't think I will ever return this Chick-fil-A

The place was crazy busy when we got there, but we placed a curbside order a few minutes before we arrived. That allowed us to seemingly jump much of the drive thru line, as we got our order very quickly after pulling in (not more than a few minutes). So my recommendation would be if you want to get your food faster, use the curbside option and skip the drive thru.

The past 5 times I’ve come to this location they’ve left out one or many things. Fries, sauces, or accompaniments to their SW spicy chicken salad. Today they left out the dressing, which is the second time this has happened, a few other times they’ve left out the pepitas and tortilla strips.Haven’t left a review before because it’s incredibly hard to get mad a Chick-fil-A and the food always tastes great but this is getting absolutely ridiculous.

Fast service. Food was good. Just don't know why in the drive thru the menu thing is after you order with the people. Can't see the menu first so I always just say the chicken sandwich meal.
