Beautiful atmosphere, decent chicken tacos, but nothing to write home. good drinks and our waitress was a great girl, I wish I could remember her names, but everyone was nice! I want to be a rule.

This place is great! really nice atmosphere that we were in a night when there was live music, I didn't think they would always do that. the drinks were not the best (but that could have been because it was absolutely packed) and there were hardly any seats. we sat on a edge and many people stood. these two reasons are why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, but it was still much fun in a good situation so I recommend it and will go back to myself

What a beautiful swanky spot in Carmel! We went to the 3UP Rooftop Lounge for a friends going away party. It was a great location. There is plenty of seats for sun or shade. The service was fantastic! The couch and chair set up was perfect for hanging out with friends. I got the Guava Lotta Spice it was really good great complexity and balance. Habanero Infused Tequila was perfection! The table also got some appetizers the rosemary Parmesan fries and the creamy spinach dip. The fries were addicting! A great place for a cocktail!

Rooftop bars are hard to come by in the suburbs so this was a must try spot for me. I've been a couple times now and have really enjoyed it each time. I went for the first time in the winter when they released their new cocktail menu. The cocktails were excellent and the patio is heated in the winter so we were perfectly comfortable sitting outside even though it was pretty cold out. When I visited most recently, I finally tried the food and was impressed! We tried the margarita pizza which was really more like a cheese pizza but delicious nonetheless. We also tried the burger which was really good and the cheese board which we felt could've had better cheese selections but was still delicious and more food than we needed. I'll be a regular at this spot before they know it

I haven't been here since they originally opened. The vibe was cool. A lot of elders to my surprise on a Saturday night. I am wondering if it's more of a professional 30's-40's crowd during the weeknight? Last weekend, they had a live band. Didn't really care too much for the music but still had a good time. After all, it's the company you're with that makes any place fun! It was a packed house but my girls and I found an area to sit and eventually a table with chairs. Most tables were reserved. This rooftop served not only alcoholic beverages but food as well. The restrooms are all unisex. There was a bit of a wait as they only have 3 stalls. One was out of order. I only saw one server out on the patio taking orders. We had to go back inside to close our tab at the end of the night. My only suggestion, if you don't want to stand all night, I suggest coming early to grab seats and drinks.
