It's a unique Japanese place.A great place to eat with friends and family.Wait time is very short so you can go shopping within 25 minutes after you place your order.Food: 4/5

I went here with my kids and we enjoyed the food and customer service was great. Too bad they don't one closer to where we live. I plan to go here again and bring my family to enjoy the food because they have so many selections and I would like to try different menus.Food: 5/5

After long shopping spree, in the late afternoon on a Carlsbad Outlet Mall first we were thinking about to take out, then decided to eat in. My order was Combo plate Chicken Breast for $12.95 (prices definetely went up after Covid), which included chicken with teryaki sauce on top, white rice, miso soup choice of the salad. Chicken felt undercooked to me, rice was meh, miso soup was very watery and salad (don't remember the name) was also meh. Service was OK, you ordering first, then the waiting and picking up the order from the counter, when it's ready. Not to forget to bus the dishes to a special place, after you done. Well it's a place on a mall, with cafeteria style food, seating available inside and outside, but the quality of food went down from the pre Covid times (is it because of inflation or problems to hire people to work here or both). I don't think I will come here anytime soon.

We ordered the combo California roll and teriyaki chicken and it came with miso soup, white rice and a salad, an Asian chicken salad and the salmon bowl and it came with our choice of salad or miso soup, I chose miso. All of the food we ordered was delicious, staff and service was friendly and accommodating.Food: 5/5

First time coming here and they were about to close. Hans was so sweet on letting us enjoy our meal and the staff was wonderful and kind. So grateful to have found this place and definitely coming back for more. Food was better than what I was expecting and the vibe of the place was awesome. Thank you cooks and sushi chefs for doing a wonderful job. Thanks Hans !(hopefully I spelled it right)
