El Pollo Loco - Carlsbad

Love this place. We come here every time we come to California! If I lived here, I'd eat here twice a week. Great quality at a great price. And, I don't eat fast food...this is not typical fast food in my opinion.

All workers there are constantly busy and active. They keep all orders up in time and they have the order right. The chicken pieces are still on the small size as they have been for years when I discovered the chain in the 90s. I'm just going there if I have a voucher.

Good and cheap eats. Very friendly and efficient service. I've been to other locations before but this location's chicken seems a bit drier. I like that fact that you can go back and get more salsa. Overall, good choice if you want grilled chicken.

My first visit was in a hurry and 2000 miles away. This second visit was pleasant and delicious. The guacamole is however much avocado dressing than what we expected. I'd go back.
