Bidrage med feedbackWent up to subway tonight to get dinner for my husband and myself. Ordered my husband's sandwich first, the begin placing my order for my sandwich, halfway through ordering my sandwich the girl taking my order was laughing and more concerned with jokingwith the other person working. I got my order and drove home. Gave my husband his sandwich it was perfect. Sat down and openedmine. It was the wrong bread, and untoasted when I asked for it to be toasted not just warmed up. So naturally irritated with myorder. I called up to the store and spoke with the girl who took my order and informed her that my sandwich wasn't toasted. Sheresponded to me saying that they had warmed it up. I told her that I just didn't want it warmed up but toasted. She said shedidn't realize that. Well perhaps if she had been paying attention when I was placing my order she would have made sure that itwas toasted. I asked if I could bring my sandwich back to get the right one. She told me they warmed it up and there wasn'tanything they could do about that. So I asked who the manager on duty was. She said she was and that there wouldn't be any pointin coming back up there, because they were now closed. I asked for the actual store manager's name. Well Teresa I'll will comingup there in the morning to have a discussion with you about your employees and about changing your hours for your store on thewebsite. Since it states this store is open until 9pm. I spent ten dollars on a sandwich that I can't even eat or enjoy. I willnot come back to this location if this type of service is acceptable. Think I will make a complaint to the district manager aswell.
Went through the drive-through tonight. I ordered my sandwich like I have done in the past many of times. I got home and opened the sandwich it was missing part of the things I ordered. I had also asked it to be warmed up and it was ice cold. I called andgot the assistance manager and told her what had happened. While on the phone she ask the guy that made the sandwich did he warmit up. He said yes and then she told me that he did warm it up because she had watched him make the sandwich. She then asked andabout the other items that were missing that I had paid extra for. She told me that he had put them on and then told me that Icould bring it back up but they would probably be closed. Never once did I get An apology or given other options since theywould be closing and they wouldn?t be there. My mom was a Regional manager for Subway for 10 years so I know how the businessworks.
The lobby closes earlier than the time stated. The person taking orders was unreasonably strict about how to place your order. The sandwich was just okay; I've had much better at other places.
My fiancé and I went there for lunch, and I have to say, it's better to spend your money elsewhere. They really skimped on the ham for her sandwich, and my wrap was cut so poorly that I couldn't even hold it together. Plus, their prices are outrageous. The board above the ordering counter says that bacon costs an extra $1.50, but they charged $3.50 on the register, which feels like false advertising. A wrap is supposed to be $8.99, but mine ended up costing $14, and my fiancé's sandwich was another $14. With two drinks, our total came to over $36, which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
This is a reliable, typical Subway with a drive-thru, meeting all the expectations you would have from a Subway restaurant. They offer a full selection of sandwiches and deals you would anticipate.
