Best chicken in Sydney!! I travel from coogee weekly to get some.

Hot chips done right hot, crispy, fluffy and just the right amount of salt. An Aussie takeaway of your childhood, except that its clean and bright with friendly owners. I took a 'small ' chips home, opened it up and there was not a single soggy chip. Such a large portion that I couldn 't finish it on my own. Come here if you want proper hot chips.

Excellent shop! Staff were so friendly and helpful. They don't pressure you at all. Food was delicious, excellent size and very decent price. I'll be coming back here for sure. They gave a wonderful local vibe.

A proper Aussie chippy! Best fish and chips for miles around. Chiko rolls, potato scallops, the works. Fresh salads and a wide range of drinks and ice creams and, best of all, genuinely friendly and engaging staff. Chicken Salt is a local institution and a wonderful locally owned small business. The food’s great, and the people are lovely. Do yourself a favour and swing by. Bring your big pants.

Go to place when I'm feeling lazy to cook and need a quick feed. My go to are the fish and beef burgers (with the lot) and fries. Serving sizes for both are quite big and the workers are friendly.
