Chopstix - CARLE PLACE

For all sushi lovers... this is a high-end version of your typical Chinese owned and managed sushi restaurant... the kind you just find over somewhere you can find these days... I reserve 3 star reviews for these average restaraunts...this deserved 4 stars...is at the top of this kind of food... Service was very good. The food was fresh and well presented. Only the better Japanese restaurants in Manhattan beat this place

Very nice and in place. This is one of those places that have not yet been discovered by too many people. The staff is friendly. And although I didn't try, I hear the sushi is excellent.

Visit here occurred during off peak hours so we were the only people there. Staff was friendly and food was delicious. Good atmosphere and clean dining area.

BEST Japanese restaurant in the Carle Place/Mineola area! My partner and I were some of the FIRST people to visit here when it first opened. We were both at college then and the woman who worked there and served us always so friendly and remembered EVERYTHING! The food was top notch and always so beautifully presented and the ambience is very sexy with the colors of the lights and decor! And it's DELICIOUS! I'm just thinking about it, now my mouthwater... We will visit here again and again when in the area! Maybe you remember us. We love you and look forward to seeing you still running!
