Pizza Capers - Carindale

My pizza was so cold when I picked it up, I asked the guy did you put it in the oven? The box is so cold, he said no..it 's just been chillin on the bench over there then he passed me 2 mousses and said we don 't have any brownies. I ordered six brownies, I wasn 't offered to choose an alternative, my pizza was stone cold and I ordered ground beef on my pizza and got strips of fatty beef instead. I tried calling the store to let them know and every time the phone picked up no-one would talk on the other end. Ive never been treated so calusly. I spent what little hard earned money here for a family treat. Pizza capers really do make the best pizza. I get some custom alterations (which I'm sure are annoying for the workers) but man these things are just delicious and just taste better than other chains. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40

We’ve ordered from them a few times over the past few months and it’s been great. but tonight the gluten free pizza was dreadful! I’m not sure if they are frozen before being cooked because it was soggy. Even after we put it in the oven at home to cook it properly it just tasted off. We won’t be going back there again.
