Bidrage med feedbackWe went on a Thursday night so it wasn’t super busy. The guacamole dip was to die for as was the poppers. I had the chicken Chimichanga which when it came out looked like a hard pastry but inside was the most moist tender tasty meat I was so pleasantly surprised.Sangria was delicious although I was looking for the fruit effect but alas it just came out as liquid. My sister had the tostada bowl which was amazing and my brother had the chicken mole burrito which was nice but not blow your socks off.I really enjoyed the food, but I do feel it’s a bit hit or miss depending on what you have. Would have been nice to have different spicy sauces to use, and feel like it lacked the little touches.Overall though I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Went here last night for dinner after not having been in about 12 months. Still delicious food! Possibly the best frozen strawberry margarita I have ever had(and I have had them all over the world! . Service is not so good and they desperately need fans inside...it’s so hot in there! However...the food is super yummy...that’s why I give it a 4/5!
Probably our favourite Mexican in Brisbane! Despite the noise getting pretty damn loud here, the food is absolutely delicious. The highlight? The mango margaritas. We'll take four thank you! Other recommended dishes would be the enchiladas and the tostada bowl
We have dined in and got take away at La Quinta we were happy with both experiences. La Quinta has a great atmosphere while dining in (providing you don't mind a bit of noise). Tasty meals portion sizes are huge too big for me! We look forward to eating La Quinta again soon.
Went here for dinner on a Monday night. There was a bit of a crowd but we still got a seat. We were told to sit anywhere and one of the staff gave us menus and water straight away. He came after five minutes or so to take our order. We asked him for recommendations and he recommended the ensalada and the enchiladas, so we ordered that. The enchilada in lamb and the ensalada in beef and chicken. The food came out fairly quickly and were quite big in portion. The ensalada came in a bowl made of tortilla and was a mixture of beans, corn, salad leaves, big pieces of chicken, avocado, cheese and sour cream. The enchilada was three pieces, with rice and a salad on the side. The ensalada was not too bad however some of the salad leaves tasted very bitter and threw off the taste. The enchiladas were enveloped in guacamole and cream which made it very hard for the real taste to seep through. Considering that it was 25$ expected more from this dish. The place was done up quite nicely and the wait staff were all very pleasant. However I think better Mexican food can be found elsewhere and for the price it's better to go try one of the other places around. It would be nice if the restaurant did smaller portions of the dish so that people can share and try more things. It's good to try this restaurant at least once though. <br/
