Don’t waste your money at this joint . Burgers are like a dogs soggy meal, service is **** but it wouldnt matter as much if the food was decent but it’s an absolute shocker.

Avoid Springfield Lakes branch. Rude so called manager... Food was soggy and missed a burger.. How hard is it to read and deliver an order.. 4 burgers purchased... Hmm only 3 burgers go in... Understaffed maybe but still no excuse to be told come down and waster my time again driving there and waiting.. or we can give you a store credit.. hmmmm I chose not to go back after the managers condescending voice and tone... Hey I didn't make the mistake here...

We had a bad experience as the burger was unremarkable and the fries tasted metalic so we coul not eat them

Among the best burgers out there for a very reasonable price. But it doesn 't stop at the burgers when it comes to the food, the loaded fries are outstanding! Just what you want from a burger place; great burgers to start with and just the right different ingredients to make it original but still very tasty for the ones that don 't want a classic option. Unlike A LOT of places where unusual ingredients just seem to get thrown on a bun hoping for the best, this place has perfectly balanced ingredients which make every burger worth trying. Great service and friendly staff.

First time trying them as I'm from out of town and had it delivered to the hotel by Uber eats. A bit expensive but omg so worth it!! It is hands down the best burger I have ever eaten! Will be recommending to everyone! Very fast delivery too
