A Mamma Liberata - Cariló

This is a wonderful place for excellent pasta. Very nice atmosphere, but not stuffy. Choices of pastas and sauces. Deserts are also excellent.

Lovely dinner very friendly wait staff. Tight quarters inside (not much breathing space between tables) but we really enjoyed the experience.

We have eaten very often in this restaurant many years ago and we really loved it; but it was a disappointing experience to come back. The dishes are regular, nothing special. The staff is very attentive.

Last week at A Mamma Liberata a party for dinner, with the expectation that the place brings in reputation, homemade, family style pasta with a twist of traditional Italian cuisine. The overall experience was somehow a contempt, besides the incredibly attentive service and the ability to accuse us without reservation, the pasta dishes from Gnocchi to Ravioli to simple Carbonara) were all great overdimensioned, sauces, where not particularly unforgettable and the pasta, generally standard tarmac, no homemade taste or feeling in any of them. 'A Mamma Liberata' was formerly an institution in Pinamar, a place with excellent food for a great time, unfortunately, seems that quality has the way for a wealth of food in the plates. The restaurant is best made by improving the quality of foods and reducing sizes, prices are average to high, so many ways to improve.
