This restaurant is overpriced with very poor service. The staff is rude and unhelpful which is a shame because it used to be a great new find. As the years have passed, the quality has only gotten worse. The main issue is the staff who are extremely rude and customer service is nonexistent.

Extremely delicious coffee. So happy to stumble across this place! Will definitely be back for another coffee and some lunch.

The staff at this restaurant lack the understanding of the importance of providing positive customer service. Many employees appear unenthusiastic and treat customers as a bother rather than a priority. My experience last Friday (23rd June) was particularly disappointing, as the man behind the counter was unhelpful to the point where I have decided not to return. Even though I used to visit this place three times a week due to its proximity to my workplace, the lack of customer service has deterred me from going back. The man who served me last Friday did not wear the standard uniform like the other staff members, leading me to believe he may have been a manager. Regardless, his attitude conveyed a sense of superiority and disinterest in serving customers. Despite the convenience of the location, I do not recommend this restaurant to others based on my negative experience.

Nice coffee . Very expensive . The big turn off for me was the food counter very dusty, the chairs we sat on were stained and the toilet …. Filthy!!! Get some bleach in and around the toilet and have a good clean!!!

The entrance to the restaurant was dirty and there was a doggie bag on the floor. When I reported it to the staff, they said it was not their responsibility to clean it.
