I ate here when it was located in the arcade. their hot meal of the day is always amazing

Absolutely amazing place, 100% recommended. a bit isolated from other eating places in cardiff, but it was worth the walk. I loved the atmosphere and the personal was beautiful. great to see that all the staff are hired autistic and given a chance to work. our food was nice and the service was smooth. I did not get pictures of eating as we were immersed for a quick lunch and I was hanging (if they know they.) but I have the cheese and tomato toastia and my bf got a baguette with a selection of the fillings they had. great as they are able to build their own meal. my recommendation is the mac’n cheeze and they even make a toastia I would have as the cheezine was perfect for me!

Delicious homemade sandwiches, seitan “chicken” tikka baguette was amazing, my husband had a seitan “ mutton” curry which was amazing, the cafe is owned by a wonderful lady who employs the nicest staff! I would absolutely recommend if you are in Cardiff! Delicious

Popped in a busy weekend and loved the calm atmosphere ,friendly welcome and delicious chicken' tikka gorgeous texture and flavour . Very well priced for city centre food too .Will definately be going back
