Where to start with this incredible experience! Antica Australis is a culinary gem. Kelly Paolo have done an exceptional job at creating an intimate setting, paired with passionate stories that inspire each dish makes this a true dining experience. All the food is procured locally and the dishes are exceptional. The 'Locanda ' style takes the stress FOMO out of fine dining it is a set menu and each course comes out simultaneously for all diners. Highly recommended!

What an amazing experience at Antica, which isn’t surprising at all since Kelly is a superb host and Paolo cooks amazing Ciocarian feast. Their AGFG Chef Hat is absolutely well deserved. It makes such a wonderful weekend away visiting Carcoar and the Orange region. The fact that Antica is BYO is even better, do yourself a favour and enjoy a long lunch at Antica. We have been big fans of Kelly and Paolo since their Silver Compass days and they never fail us Kelly was also very understanding when we had to cancel a previous booking due to COVID. Can't wait to visit Antica again.
