La Rive Belle Ecluse D'herminis

Cycling past and stopped for a coffee (excellent) and decided to have a snack of french fries and charcuterie plate, very nice food and friendly staff. Nice spot to stop as well.

I ate here a few years ago and decided to try it again today. I think it must have changed hands in the meantime the attitude was certainly different. Very attractive setting but €7 for two coffees, and the waiter could hardly have been less friendly and helpful when I asked if it would be possible to have just a salad without the meat or dairy additions he replied that he could only do vegetables. Went down the road to La Halte Romaine at Villesquèlande instead and had a delicious meal.

Good food, some questionable teller choices. the mozzarella sticks are on an salat either cut swirl and melon slices, and the participants are massive (3 curs menus)

Very nice and delicious fresh salads served on the edge of the Canal du Midi. The gentleman is very welcoming. Correct price.

Front lock Canal du midi . Very nice. Good little homemade dishes.
