KFC - Carbonear

I remember trying it when it just opened. It was a former KFC building and I guess they still had some of the material left over because my meal was served on a KFC plate...No joke. Fish was just ok and the fries were a...disappointment. Really hope they have improved!!

The staff at this restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious! We had a visitor from out of town who not only loved the fish and chips, gravy, and drink, but also received a certificate for visiting. Great job!

I always make sure to visit Ches's when I go home am never disappointed! The chips with dressing gravy are awesome the fish is great! Go enjoy!!

Couldn’t get what we wanted. No cod bites. Only had white chicken. Ended up getting fish and chips and gravy. It was disgusting to say the least. French fries were hard and fish was over cooked and dried up. Way over priced. two pieces of fish and fries and gravy. I’ve been there a few times and chicken is Always good. Will never go back. Sharon’s drive in here we come.

We stopped here recently after a day on the Baccalieu Trail. Taking our order was a tad slow because, unknown to us, a group of had arrived a few minutes before. But once our order was taken, it was not long before our meals...arrived.The fish was tasty and the batter crisp and not too greasy. The fries were good and everything was hot and right out of the cooker. We are familiar with the Ches's locations in St. John's but the food in the Carbonear location was just as tasty.
