Bidrage med feedbackUn buen asador, carne de primera, una carta de vinos acorde a lo que se va a comer y precios razonables. El jamón estaba espectacular y la vaca salió en el punto perfecto, pedimos para acompañar unas setas (es temporada) y completamos con el milhojas. El vino fue un consejo del dueño, después de oír lo que teníamos en mente y fue una gran elección. Volveré la próxima vez que esté por la zona y lo recomendaré.
Restaurante de primera, comida espectacular. Comimos unos berberechos buenísimos, un arroz con rape y alcachofas espectacular, de los mejores arroces que he probado y el postre muy rico también. Servicio e instalaciones impecables. Estamos deseando volver.

Dear Everyone Last Year in December I took my famiy from London to Santiago de Compostella for my Birthday. However the real reason was to go to Restarante Rio Sil in Carballo. in the north of Galicia. I have visited in the past but not for two years. Since then the rooms above the restaurant have been completley modernised and are now very clean and pleasant. This is a restaurant review. so about the food,Amazing. Marcos is an excellent host. He organised the finest food s and ingredients in Galicia,the most abundant and finest place to eat in the world ,with the best beef and freshest fish and shellfish. Everything was the highest quality. We had: Queen scallops,razor clams, Baby squid A whole line caught Pargo, in season The most enormpus spider crabs ,live and then cooked and hand picked and served in the shell. 11 year chuleton of Ox or buey . an assortment of hand made postres We drank bright albarinos and magnums of Ribera del duero none of which was more than 40 euros a bottle, I have eaten all over the world and at a lot of the best Michelin starred restaurants. HOWEVER if its a long family lunch ,with the best food and the abilty to experience the best that GaliciA ,or anywhere)has to offer, Rio Sil is my number 1 choice in the World!!
