The restaurant is placed in Carate Brianza, it's quite easy to reach by car but unfortunately there's not lot of parking, for this reason most of the time it's really difficult to find where to leave the car. The restaurant is really welcoming and cozy, it's quite small and although it can seat around 50/60 people the atmosphere is really warm. During the weekend is necessary to book because is a really frequented restaurant by the local people. Thank to the size of the restaurant and the few people that can eat there, it's never crowded or noisy. There's a menu with Italian plates, you can choose among a large variety of entrée, first courses, second courses, accompaniment and desserts, obviously they serve also great pizzas. I ordered a pizza with ham and mushrooms and it was amazing, all the ingredients were fresh and good, my mom ate a plate of spaghetti with fish sauce and it was really good too. The waiters were really kind and polite, everything was served in few moments thank to the great and fast service. They also have a huge range of Italian wines. We didn't spend a lot, there is a good balance between price and quality. I've really appreciated this restaurant, I absolutely suggest to try and I hope to have the occasion to eat there other times.
Place very pretty, original design Price a bit expensive. Normal pizza. Good service, even if the cashier sayed a bad gag.
It was a few years that I did not eat in this restaurant and I was a little disappointed. the place is very nice, very kind staff but a little distracted. we ordered a meat appetizer and fried dumpling, good, although the meats, of good quality, were a little in relation to the dumplings, and the euro are really many according to me for the type of dish. to follow we took a risotto to the bone and a deer fillet. even if I was advised to take them after the appetizer arrived while we were still eating the latter. the waiter apologized a lot for the situation, it should be said. very salty risotto, good fillet even if cooked. half bottle of scansano, water, fried and euro coffee. I don't think I'm coming back.
A traditional, genuine and abundant cuisine. I started with an assortment of meats and cheeses with fried dumpling, followed by a fantastic casoela, watered by a steep valpolicella. then the grappino and the closure of the meal with an excellent walnut. I also took advantage of a couple of additions offered by the owner. definitely a place to come back!
