Maiella - CARAMANICO TERME

We stayed two nights, with family, together with friends, also with their child. A relaxing place, very nice and above all welcoming, natural atmosphere (the tree-lined garden is wonderful and the sound of the water from the fountain accompanies us). The staff was very kind, the food was excellent. We enjoyed a guitar concert one evening. The children, returning from their walks in the mountains, were able to play freely in the wooded park opposite. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings. In short, even we, who generally prefer simpler and more spartan holidays, really liked this place, above all for the natural and relaxing environment, which welcomed us to the top after the walks. The impression is that of a real mountain sanatorium. Nice park at the entrance that inspires tranquility and relaxation. Very nice and attentive staff. It has a setting that is perhaps too targeted on an elderly clientele, in fact if I ever get to retire I want to go back for at least two weeks! :D As a base for excursions in the area, it is still more than good, even for young people, even if it is more expensive than the average.

More than a Hotel it should be called Pension! For heaven's sake, excellent structure for rehabilitation etc ... I will consider it for when I'm old. Not recommended for a young couple! Furthermore, the prices are excessive, for a room that doesn't even have a fan or air conditioning, the window was covered by trees so even if it was open, not a breath of air got through. The only good thing is the breakfast.

Clean and welcoming hotel. The staff is super efficient and at the same time very friendly and always available for any kind of need. The food is always fresh, plentiful and of excellent quality, it is hard to give up or finish everything on the menu. The property is located a stone's throw from the Orfento Valley.

We spent two nights, unfortunately too short a stay to enjoy the well-being it has given us. The staff has always been very kind and helpful, from the restaurant hall, to the Terme café, to the Spa; they made us feel comfortable and at home. Healthy and tasty food, abundant breakfast with artisan products.
