Cafeaua si fresh-ul au fost ok, dar au incurcat comanda de mai multe ori, si pana la urma tot nu am primit ce am cerut

A fost foarte drăguț, și o tipa drăguță ne-a luat comanda foarte drăguță, ne-a adus pana și pizza pirelli.

În Caracal nu am mai încercat sa mancam la alt restaurant: am intrat în acesta, am revenit. S-au ridicat la nivelul așteptărilor noastre.

Worst service ever!!! I still can't believe this happened but it really did. I've ordered a well done steak with a side of fries, a salad and a water. Ten minutes later they served a raw steak, the fries were not ready! Unapologetic, they told me that it would take another two or three minutes until they are ready and I'll have to wait! I didn't touch the steak hoping to receive the rest of the order. Forty five minutes later I still didn't get the fries or the salad and the raw steak sat untouched and cold on the table so I asked to pay my bill because i wanted to leave. I've only drank the water, and they charged me for the whole order which was never delivered in its entirety. So I paid an expensive full order after I've only consumed a water. I left frustrated, disappointed, hungry and with the money taken. This is the kind of service I have received from Coquette, judge for yourself, and I advice you to stay clear from that location, especially when there is better places around, that provide much better food and service.

Terrible service, the waiters are disrespectful and very unprofessional. The waiter serving us was clumsy and dropped the order on the floor and then they made us pay for the spilled drinks twice. They didn't even inform us about this beforehand, we found out only when checking the bill. When confronted, they started to accuse us of their clumsiness and they weren't polite at all. This behavior is unacceptable for a restaurant in a wannabe city.
