Online orders arrive incomplete all the time. Sometimes it's the side dishes, sometimes it's the drink and the dessert... yes they compensate by giving a discount for the next order, but just receiving the right order (in full) on the first try is often really enough to really please a customer... It's been a long time since I ordered from them, and it will be a while before I do it again, despite my new discount waiting in my file.

There is no music. The food is cold, the staff is rude to customers who politely ask to reheat their plates! We found a plaster in one of our plates. It’s very expensive for the service received! Very disappointed.

It's always good in the Topla!It's fast, it's clean, nothing to add.

I waited between 20 and 30 minutes to order (and there was nobody in front of me), I ate plastic utensils for a dish that was still cold: not al dente, cold.

C’était très rapide.. j’ai été surpris de la vitesse d’exécution, good job. Le tout était bon ??
