Beyond my expectations! I've eaten a lot of ramen in my life and I'm hard to please. If we had to invent a local version of ramen while retaining the comforting essence of the dish... well Gaijin ramen did it, by integrating Quebec products as well! Brilliant, a real favorite.
The hours aren’t correct. Monday 5:20pm and it’s closed!
A must to discover (and rediscover .One of the best ramens in Quebec! Since the dishes are customizable, it takes, I believe, a lot of effort to obtain a result that is not to our taste... Well...However, a few little things were missing from my experience: no menu with bloated jargon (in my opinion, it looks chic , no pretentious decorations (what's the point of leaving the house, then? .Otherwise, 5 stars across the board.
Delicious ramen, adapted to local tastes and carefully prepared with local ingredients... what more could you ask for?We love !
