It is good from Capilla del Monte, down bump dirt tracks, we thought that on many occasions we lost very dark dirt paths put our trust in Google GPS. We found the location and were greeted with great security gates that we had not made a reservation, we just gave the chance that we could get dinner, it was like 21:45 when we arrived. The staff was very helpful and let us eat. As other comments suggested, the owner/cook came to the restaurant to welcome us. There was no menu as such, he talked to us and offered us a few options and our lunch is effectively tailored to our taste. My wife and I had a kind of ravioli filled with lamb and vegetables in a rich tomato sauce. He matched the mushrooms and my wife had capers and other bits. Our son had a fillet steak with mash. Then we were offered a few possibilities of the desert. We chose one of each. Very pleasant chocolate maus. The staff was very friendly and quick service for a tailor-made dish. Only negative comments are the place, very difficult to find. It was kind of expensive. Probably double what you would pay for pasta in town. That's a balance. It was a unique experience that it was tailored from the options offered, well done. But at the end of the day it was pasta and steak at twice the price. So it depends on how much you feel that it is worth. We enjoyed the experience as a whole.
I was in many restaurants around the world (China, Kenya, Peru, Canada, etc.) and the experience of this place was unique. From the very beginning, Carloa greets you at the restaurant and delivers you to your table: nothing way too beautiful or glamorous, only the warm welcome of the hotel with the speech and the explanation of the places. Minutes later and after ordering a few drinks, the boss of the house comes to your table - with a huge smile on his face - begins to offer you and beat all the products and recipes available in his kitchen. The impressive moment in this place is this section. I was desperate to try the fish here and he suggested that the trout was the best choice from the region. My taste goes for mushrooms, cheese and milk, well he dominated a delicate and exquisite sauce with all the ingredients I suggested to cover the amazing fish I wanted to try. To accompany it, he had the wonderful idea of placing a potato soufflé that made the perfect game. Again and again the chef (Christian was his name) came to our table to be 100% sure that the choice was appropriate for our taste. He did the same for the other 3 tables at the place. The addition of this amazing meal was a hazelnut with chocolate soufflé, which had an overwhelming generous taste. Exquisite. I 100% recommend this place to any visitor here. Just make sure in advance as this place only reservations. This is the perfect place to go in pairs. Thank you.
Me parecio un lugar muy cozy, y la comida espectacular. Comimos el 25/5 el menu argentino, y nunca en mi vida comi un locro tan rico, y nada pesado. Hubo degustacion de distintos platos en pocillos chiquitos. Entrada con queso y salame artesanal, guiso de lentejas, todo de 10

Gracias a que me permiti visitarlos por segunda oportunidad después de un primer experiencia no muy buena (cuando probaron en cordoba capital) puedo contarles que ahora si conoci la guarida. Comida, atencion y relación calidad/ precio muy buena.
