Shio Modern Japanese Izakaya

This restaurant is fantastic with a fantastic atmosphere. It's perfect for a first date or meeting up with friends to share a variety of dishes. The forbidden rice is a must-try, it's amazing and it's no surprise they've won so many awards. Definitely worth a visit. The tapas style is great for those who enjoy sharing plates.

I absolutely adore their three small plate special. However, the service can be a bit inconsistent from visit to visit. The food is absolutely delicious and the presentation is beautiful. Personally, I love it, but my guest was not overly impressed.

I think this restaurant would be a great fit in New York City. It has a stylish decor, great atmosphere, delicious food, and a nice ambiance. They offer a special where you can order 4 dishes per person for R250, which is a good deal given the prices of the tapas. There were a couple dishes that really impressed us, particularly the beef tataki and the soft shell crab.

Just amazing food, I loved it. Creativity, beautiful plates and tasty. In my top 3 restaurants. Buddha cocktail is sick too.
