German Club - Cape Town

Quirky and amazing, this place has character! We went for a friend party and had an excellent time to boot with drinks and bowling, even a good truck! I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised and had a fantastic experience.

Really great relaxed mood. we were invited to an evening meal made here by the curry club and the food and hospitality both for a fantastic evening.

Interesting place. Some of the staff are very helpful and some are good, grim. The place is very old school especially the food. That said it's probably one of the better German meals I had in Cape Town. Well done.

With more than enough secure parking, the Deutsche Club is a convenient location to meet with friends for beer, food and entertainment. It has its own bar and you can choose to sit inside or outside. There is a restaurant that will eat familiar food like Beef Burger with Fritten. They serve coffee and a selection of teas.

We had a company event there to use their 'bowling alley ' and have food supplied. The alley has had zero maintenance for about 10 years and the balls are chipped and dangerous, do not go there for the bowling alley. The food was basically deep fried from the freezer and not great at all.
