Ihop - Cape Girardeau

Tried to order online…couldn't place an order for idk the 6th time. Tried to call multiple times never got an answer won't ever go to them again, worthless

My husband and I were completely ignored by the waitress this morning at around 9:30a. We were seated by the host, was never approached or greeted my waitress. The host provided coffee, then eventually and obviously inconvenient to take our order. We asked for water we never received, received food in rude and abrupt matter. Then waited a good 20 minutes for the check to be ignored, we left $31 dollars on the table and left. I hope it was enough, but for the service we should have walked out wh … – show

Absolute joke. Wife's food and the two pancakes from my order brought to table TEN MINUTES before I got my hashbrowns, eggs and bacon. No drink refills, waited 15 minutes for the check. Drove 30 minutes here to leave feeling ripped off. Love it. You'd think being the only party in the restaurant they could do better.

Food was awesome and hot and quick. Service was A1. I'd go back.

My husband and i and another couple stood waiting to be seated for a long time. 2 employees walked by. We all left.
