Steak 'n Shake - Cape Coral

When you want $5 for a small cheese fry I expect there to be cheese in it. I got a regular fry, and they were cold and hard. Disappointing.

Burger was really good, but the fries were absent from the combo order!

Was not very busy. the first time in a long time. while eating, said the chef stop ordering to take until I get caught and say again, the other workers take no orders until I tell them. thru drive thru. think they need a new cook

We've overall had decent experiences here, save for long wait times in the drive through on some days.
