I have to deal with the poster who said they were scams and his complaints about the crust, sauce, cheese etc. and at the same time it was about their supposed experience. Tommy and his sister, who haunted her father from Brooklyn from the heart of Little Italy. I've eaten there five times since they took over this pizzeria a few months ago and I used to go to his restaurant in Fort Myers. Two times I had cake, and the other three times Tom made me a calzone with peppers, both olives, banana peppers, mozzarella and onion. It was for dying to chew the crust the right amount of herb and it was so delicious. I know that Tom makes his dough on premise, the hand stretches every cake, makes his meatballs, his sauce, his dessert with his recipes of his family. In an age of homogeneous chain restaurants, where more and more elements of the menu are prefabricated and shipped, its refreshment to find people who love pizzas, who care to bring out a good cake and have the personality that... Eating in is a cozy feeling, embedded with New York and anchored on the walls, and Sicily the ancestors' house of this family on the other. It is not unusual, its sure has the feeling of this hole in the wall pizza places that decorate New York, except you will find it in Cape Coral on the South Florida Gulf Coast. I love it, they make you like family. Come hungry, because if you leave you will be full and happy. I love to find a large small local company at this age of the chain, its local taste and taste that you can 't package that. His still part of the American dream: cooking and they will come.
Best Pizza Ever!. Salvatore's (formerly at College Parkway in Fort Myers) has the most authentic Brooklyn-style pizza south of New York! Light, fluffy crust made by hand every day, superior sauce and perfect amount of cheese brings me back to the high-quality pizza I remember growing up in the northeast. Don't miss the best pizza in SWFL!!
They're back. Salvatore 's Pizzeria is back, recently moved to this new location in Cape Coral. The best pizza in SW Florida. Perfect crust, sauce and cheese. The special pastes, especially the signature with gogonzola, mozzarella, escarole, garlic and pepper, and the margherita, which makes tom with marinated tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil, are my favorites. I'm a pizzeria from NY, and this is the most authentic cake in the area.
