Located in the center of Cao Lanh city, it is surprising to find a wonderful restaurant like this. Surrounded by a pond full of lotus flowers, there is a restaurant nestled in the midst of the natural lotus pond. Just like the saying "near the mud but not smelly of mud", sitting in the hut enjoying the food, occasionally a breeze brings the fragrant scent of lotus, it is truly wonderful. Here you can find a variety of specialties from Dong Thap, with a must-try dish being the caramelized catfish. It is a type of natural fish that is becoming increasingly rare. The caramelized fish is fatty and tender, with a sweet and savory flavor. Despite being quite busy towards the end of the year, we were fortunate to find a table available. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Since we were in the countryside, we mainly savored the fish dishes to experience the rustic atmosphere. Overall, the dishes are delicious, the fish is fresh and tasty. Our family of four had a total bill of nearly a million for our year-end feast.
