Panera Bread - Canton

I waited for an extremely long time in the drive-thru even though there were no other cars in front of me. The ordering system seemed to be broken as I couldn't order a smoothie. I had to repeat my order at the window. To make matters worse, I found a sticker in my food halfway through my meal. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Arrival on Sunday morning just before 11:00 with a nice brunch. Place was not busy, but the young person behind the counter told us to use self-service after he was finished waiting for a customer. Less than a minute later, a few came in and he was waiting for her right away. During this time, we were dealing with a frozen screen and no order, so I asked if he could take our order and he said he could. His attitude as he took our order was not good with me, so I told my husband and daughter we would eat somewhere else. Applebee?s were happy to serve us. Willn't be back?????

The easiest NICEST Diskra I was there before. Many seats inside and a beautiful terrace outside. You have kiosks for fast ordering and a 2 page refreshment station right at the beginning. The staff was friendly although it was pretty busy. If I had to say something negative, it is that the strongly negotiated areas were a bit creepy; but I caught the tail end of the breakfast brush. Coffee was in stock and orders were quickly filled so I really can't complain?

This is my favorite Panera in the Atlanta area for a simple reason - it has a very nice outdoor seating area with a well, beautiful flower trees and quiet street view. It is my way to a healthy, inexpensive meal in a very relaxing, relaxing environment. The food is good. Especially the tomato soup, the bowls and I love the Fuji Apple Salad. In autumn the fall squash soup is a must!

I fully understand businesses are short of help due to the pandemic. A lot of customers are very impatient and what things immediately, so the staff feels rushed. This review has to do with carelessness not just overlooking but outright carelessness. I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt to go on Monday Jan 31 2022. When I arrive home with my meals for my family and I took a bite into the chipotle sandwich, I was surprised at the texture that I was biting into as you can see from the pictures below. I can only guess when they were preparing the sandwich that the cheese and turkey melted onto the wax paper and they decided just to add it to the sandwich. Thank God a young child or adult didn't choke on this. Hopefully the stores management has a coaching moment with their staff to understand the seriousness of this matter on what could have happened.
