Jimmy John's - Canton

I have ordered many times from this business with the online ordering system. I did it again today and although the order was shown as delivered, I never got my sandwich. I called the load and they said it was on the way, now it's 3 hours and not yet a sandwich. forget this place, they'll get jersey mike. Update:I followed the instructions below and I didn't hear anything from the business about the fate of my sandwiches or any refund.

This girl almost wiped me out while she sms and drive. the company should be aware of the habits of its drivers on the road.

Friendly staff and delicious sandwiches! it took no more than 15 minutes to deliver my sandwich from the time I hung the phone. the supplier was really cool. thanks for the great service!

Mostly in order, few complain, but I would nitpicking. it is a good load.
