Why is Einstein bagels always close? How do you operate at business when you have such strange hours? It is literally only 2 o’clock and for some reason you are closed. That makes no sense.

Einstein Brothers Bagels crafts the best tasting with many flavors. Manager was VERY rude on the phone and had zero patience over an issue that was THEIR fault, and wouldn’t let me speak at all, then proceeded to get frustrated that she didn’t have my answer, when she wouldn’t stop talking to allow me to speak in the first place, I don’t know how you get a manager position with such bad customer service, zero rapport building capabilities. This is coming from a manager myself of a retail establishment.
