It's Boba Time - Canoga Park

The price is higher and the cups are smaller. Not worth six dollars. I have a clump of Boba balls in my drink.

I always see something like this, so I thought I'd try this place. Where do I start? First of all, the place was disgusting, dirty, and the garbage was everywhere (I saw this after the order). Let us now talk about customer service. I approach the cashier and there are three workers, and it took a few minutes to even confirm my presence. Anyway, after I asked the guy if he could use almond milk in my coffee booba and he just said yes. When I got the drink, I asked if it was made with almond milk and they said no, so I asked her to remake it. The girl gave me the greatest nonverbal attitude. She looked at me like you were serious? Yes, honey, I'm more than serious, especially when I asked about the order and I'm on the phone. Honestly, not worth the line. The taste was terrible. Save your money and go to the road in the village. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the place, but it's the only Booba square above the ice rink in the village.

It's Boba time! Never tried this place before, but was hankering for a drink snack (boba is both) after a walk through the mall a little. The line was LONG! But moving at a decent pace. Options of slurries, smoothies and milk teas. Cash said milk teas aren't dairy is that true? Milk is in the name... I ordered a jasmin milk tea with Boba. Boba was perfectly chewing, but my drink was on the warm side. Bummer! It needed some ice cream. However, I was THOROUGHLY caffeine and the taste was really good. I'd go back if I were hanging at the mall because it's so comfortable, but not going out of my way, just because of the parking lot alone. The mall is huge! Boba time is next to the target.

So, I'm always annoying when I get Boba because many places serve Stale Boba. I saw this place was pretty busy, so I thought they had to have good Boba. I have the black honey tea with Boba. It was great. Soft and fresh Boba. The tea was good. It was all wonderful. The place is a mess. It was garbage everywhere. Waste could overflow. And the workers look like they don't want to be there and work like robots. Otherwise everything was good. In the mall, down next to the finish.

Terrible service. Workers could not understand what I asked – quite certain that they were high, because the amount of times I repeated to a stupid face was ridiculous. When I tried to confirm my order (less tea, more milk, because I'm caffeine sensitivity) with a girl and she couldn't understand what I meant, another woman said, she'll see it again and when I got it, it was PURE tea with a splash of milk. Respectless and sincere in view of my health means sensitivity. I know she heard me too, so it wasn't a misunderstanding. I also waited 25min for the drink and of course it threw out when I realized it was pure tea. In addition, the entire floor was vaccinated with garbage and it felt rough in there.
