Burger King - Cannock Chase

Burger kings food here is amazing and the staff are so kind, helpful and respectful and are always there to help

Ordered Double cheese with Bacon burgers. After waiting 10 minutes order arrived cold? Returned to counter to complain assistant said she would send them back, waited another 10 minutes before receiving replacements, this time burgers running with grease served with Cold bacon cheese bun. Again complained only to be told that the bacon and cheese is kept on ice and not warmed?! Why isn't this displayed on the advertising board?

The procedures at this Burger King were beyond ridiculous. The whole point of ordering via Drive Thru is ordering your food/paying/collecting the food through the hatch. Instead, this sorry excuse for a Burger King took our money then told us to park up in the car park to wait there for the food! Our order was basic fries and onion rings, which one would assume they have ready and waiting to put into fast food bags. NO! They clearly decided that would be far too simple and instead elected to make this process painstakingly difficult by making customers wait in the car park and having an occasional employee come outside carrying a paper bag looking bewildered. Apparently they note the car reg down on each customer’s receipt, to show who ordered what. This might have worked if the moron who took our order actually remembered to write the reg on our receipt (they didn’t and therefore the rubbish system failed on another level! Some woman blundered out with some food, squinting at the car licence plates in darkness (despite the fact this turned out to be our order, with no car reg written on the receipt so we had no idea why she was bothering to look at people’s licence plates! We waved at her from the car and asked if the food was ours after waiting 10 minutes she read the order back, which anybody could have said was theirs if they’d wanted to have our food for free. Completely inefficient, ludicrous and a waste of everyone’s time. It took so long to get the most basic order of fries, there wasn’t much enjoyment when we could finally eat them. There’s no way I would ever return here. This Burger King makes a mockery of ‘fast food’.

We dont use this restaurant often, clearly now I know why and certainly won’t using it again! Was told to park up at quarter to ten at night along with three other cars, just to be sat there for 35 minutes. Other guests tried to chase their orders, doors locked on them and ignored by team. I then drove through the drive through AGAIN to be given ‘fresh food’ as that’s what had taken so long. There was nothing fresh about the food, food was freezing cold and the drinks were warm! Very backwards! £25 for three meals! Will definitely be sticking to the trustee competitors in future!

Thr worst burger King Had whopper burger was cold a d bun stale Took it back and girl who was pleasant changed it for me unfortunately the bun was stale again would of thought as I commented they would of made sure I got a fresh one By this time could not be bothered to go back as in rush hence drive through When went back in first time saw that hot plate where food kept not turned on No wonder cold .perhaps told to save money on electric and let customers have cold food . Also while waiting notice restaurant it's self was cold and staff wearing fleeces In my opinion give this a miss and get a McDonald's
