Zambrero - Canning Vale

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered take away from the drive through where they have screwed up my order. Paid a premium for IQ salsa and guacamole, and specifically said no sour cream. No IQ salsa, no guacamole and plenty of sour cream. Called up the restaurant when I got home and had zero customer service from the store manager, who merely said come back and get a refund. For a 20 mins drive, no thank you! Especially if this is the third time of getting my order wrong. Poor service and will not be returning!

Love Zambrero and there is nothing better than getting a generously packed burrito plus friendly service!Not every Zambrero is quite as good as Livingston's :D

Order pickup has been short itemed and had to struggle to get the missing stuff by visiting them again. Called them many times and never picked up just recorded answers. Food is good and got my missing items at last.

Very poor customer service. The girl serving was very rude and unprofessional. While making the bowl, she was just dumping things without care for food. She should not be working in this industry.

Food isn’t bad when you get it! Service is absolutely terrible! When you employ a whole team of people that are still wet behind the ears to run your restaurant, just to save money, you encounter problems.
