Absolutely stunning, place, food and people. Reasonably priced and good service. All food is cooked in front of you and is delightful

Lovely little restaurant and very clean. Limited choice but whatever you had was good and the staff were friendly. We were over charged so would recommend you check your receipt, hopefully it was a genuine mistake but tbh by they’re reaction I think they knew...what they were doing

My girlfriend and i visited madeira and were staying in a hotel nearby. Tried this restaurant and all other restaurants nearby, instantly were not in the same category compared to this restaurant. Very polite and nice Staff. Excellent a la carte menu, examples are wild...boar, rib eye, red Snapper, but also vegetarian options like risotto and curry. All dishes are presented very nice. Next to their standard menu, they have a daily selection of premium cuts, like tomahawk steak, days dry aged steaks, fillets and more. And holy cow: due to preparation on lava coals, these cuts are the best I have ever tasted. From the first visit, my girlfriend and I visited almost every evening. Normal prices on the menu: average of around for a main dish. But if you go for the premium cuts, prices could go up steep. Still very much worth it. They also have a broad selection of madeiran/ portugese wines in their own wine cellar. The personnel always picks the best wines to go with your dish. Absolutely worth a visit

Hi I stayed in the ryi Hotel. Opposite nights I went for drinks only enjoyed the choice of beers and wines my last night I tried the mushroom rissoto Which had a great taste. Then I had the rib eye which had a great...flavour. The staff and owner have a great feeling together you can feel staff are very happy they had a birthday of one of the workers and they gave me a piece what a nice touch
