Tim Hortons - Candiac

We waited over 30 minutes for 5 sandwiches. 1 of the sandwiches was cold and the bagel was not cooked. Very poor service.

There’s always something wrong with my order and the drive through takes forever. There have been times I’ve been waiting 30 minutes with only 5 cars ahead of me.

Unfortunately, the drive-thru service is extremely slow! 4 cars in front of me, outside rush hours, 30 minutes before I get my order. When employees answer the drive-thru, there is no hello, no thank you, no amount. I understand the lack of employees and the current difficult conditions, but customer retention by providing good customer service is a must to keep customers coming back. For me it's a no, I won't go back, I prefer to go to Starbucks to have a better customer experience, sometimes even if the service is long because there are a lot of people, the employees are smiling and friendly. The employees at the drive-thru swear and complain about the time…

This Timmy's is by far the worst for drive through and walk in hours. Are you guys sleeping on the job? This place is always closed and drive through is so slow. Disappointing.

Honestly, one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Where to begin. 1. The passage takes a while when you are in a hurry, forget it. 2. Front door is almost always locked and they owe it to the lack of employees. The Mcdonald is right in front hasn't got this problem... 3. Food quality is decent, but there is always lack and/or they take forever to be ready. Honestly, I go to a Tim Hortons on the other side of Costco every time, because this is just terrible.
