Wolfgang Puck - Cancún

I had breakfast today with my family here this morning. At $71 dollars for three just Ok omelettes, you would think the service was good. When I went to get forks at the self service station there weren’t any so I went to one of the cashiers to ask for one, he said with an attitude “one moment” He took the order of the person in line and then went to get the forks and started filling up the box with me standing right there, I know a thing of two about customer service and he should’ve asked me first how many I need, he was standing on the way of me to get the forks however he continued refilling the box, so I asked him to please pass me three forks and he said, still with the worst attitude “can you get them yourself, I’m a little busy here”. Not acceptable from a Wolfgang Puck’ place, not even if the employee is a Mexican guy, they should get better training on how treating their customers. Good luck if you go to this place and IVAN is your cashier

Terrible service but the staff is friendly. but you wait for ages or maybe the forget you. but as mentioned before the staff is really friendly.

Food at the airport location was good, prices a little steep, we were pressured by server to leave a larger cash tip than what we wanted to leave. We were surprised to see 4 staff sitting at a table counting out their stack of tip money, very unprofessional.

Was expecting more from the so called greatest chef in the world ordererd a burger and it tasted like it was frozen and the fries were cold!

Looked full but they were able to get us a table and a waiter quickly. The food had large servings and was good. It was a little expensive but you expect that in an airport complex. Our order was taken and served to us quickly.
