Asian Tiger - Canberra

After a three and a half hour journey, I was feeling extremely hungry and irritable. When I saw the variety of Chinese dishes available at Asian Tiger, I knew it would satisfy my cravings. My friend and I opted for the two large plates special, which included rice or noodles, two dishes, and two drinks (soft drink or water) for $24.95. The deal also came with a complimentary bag of prawn crisps. I chose noodles with sweet & sour pork and satay chicken, which were delicious and quickly alleviated my hunger. The service was efficient and friendly. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The beef and black bean dish lacked flavor, the honey prawns were tough and seemed old, and the fried rice, while plentiful, was cold. I have eaten here before without any issues, but today's meal was disappointing enough for me to consider dining elsewhere next time.

Had the chicken wing and noodle soup. Definitely the place to go for a great value, quick asian meal when you are in town. Must have the Chicken Wings, their wonton noodle soup and their salt and pepper chicken. Yum yum yum.

The restaurant serves delicious and quick Asian food with a focus on Japanese cuisine. Offering dishes like Ramen, Bao, fried rice, sushi tacos (which are the best), and poke salad.
