O Tome Grill Authentic Portuguese Cuisine

We called ahead one Saturday evening and asked if we could get a reservation for 12 people in a few hours time. They were not hesitant in accepting that many people but oh how I wish they were. I wish they would just accept the fact that they didn't have many staff that day and suggested we not come in as we would be disappointed with the service. I know no restaurant would ever turn away business but it was absolutely ridiculous that we waited almost 2 hours for our meals to reach the table. I know I may sound unreasonable because you may think they were busy, but guess what? We were the only people there. And to top it off, they messed up some of our orders, they were playing a gory horror movie on their TVs (who wants to see someone get chopped up during dinner? , and they only know how to make steak well done any sort of pink in the meat seems to be impossible to get. Honestly, if you want some good Portuguese food to reach your table at a reasonable time please look elsewhere.

I always get amazing service and the food is just amazing all the time. love the family restaurant!

Doesn't look like its much from the outside but once you go into the restaurant you won't be disappointed with the authentic tasting Portuguese dishes. We went with their daily specials...delicious.
