I came through Carrascosa in may 2022. I called this place and it's a hostel/basic hotel with NO restaurant. There is 1 option to eat in Carrascosa on the weekends, and it's at the hotel just past the gas station. This place doesn't serve food at least on the weekends.

It's very good, it's comfortable
