Bidrage med feedbackI stopped in Campodolcino to shop at the local market but had forgotten that the market was closed during mid-day. So, I took a stroll around town just looking. Somehow ended up at C'Era Una Volta which was absolutely packed with people, and this was mid-day! Immediately you feel the electricity of the patrons as there were all types-young, old, well-to-do, working class, you name it. The place was a madhouse of laughter, talk and general feeling of acceptance and fun. Ordering is a bit chaotic as some order at the bar, others get a menu (you have to ask for it) and others, like me, get a menu and order from the table. Beer on draft (alla spina) and wine is available and abundant. The local beers are excellent as is the wine selection. Here's the best thing: sandwiches of all sorts dominate the menu, and they are incredbily delicious but very, very inexpensive. Had I not been on a shopping mission, I would have stayed the rest of the day! Well worth a vist if you are near Campodolcino.
