Bidrage med feedbackI visited this restaurant for the first time. The staff provided excellent service. However, the nachos were disappointing with inconsistent distribution of toppings. The selection of beer was limited and the first three choices we ordered were not enjoyable, possibly just an off day.
The staff is friendly and the pizzas and wings are excellent. There are many pub food options on the menu, as well as a variety of cold drinks to choose from. The prices are very reasonable!
I don't often write reviews, but I like to read them before trying a new place. I decided to try this restaurant for myself. I ordered the Greek pizza, as the menu didn't have many options. The crust wasn't fully cooked and the waitress didn't check to see if we were happy with our meal. I only ate a few bites of my pizza. The fries were also not very tasty. My friend had the chicken strips and poutine. The chicken strips seemed to be frozen and deep fried. The poutine was very heavy. We ended up going to McDonald's for poutine later on. I won't be returning to 1026. It's disappointing that there aren't many restaurant choices in Campbellton. What a shame.
This was a whole trip, between Amherst, NS and St. Flavie, Quebec. Meanwhile, because the weather kept us from the picnic, we stopped at a Quality Inn right next to the bridge in Campbellton. The clouds separated and we had a delicious lunch – Chowder for...two and Caesar salad to share $41 tax in, forehead on the terrace. The view is only from the parking lot, but it was still better than to be inside. Not that the interior was not beautiful many tables and a bar inside, and the washrooms that were part of the hotel were spacious and clean. attentive service and very good chowder.
Food was fantastic. Too bad the server never said more then two words and took forever to bring me the bill. I would.come back for the food alone
