Long John Silver's A&w (31870)

Not the most organized of places. Food was good. They charged for crumbs. Batter that falls off of the fish. I find that to be, at best, reprehensible. A new level of greed.

Omg. If Long Johns corporate could see this store they’d shut it down immediately. It is beyond nasty. The staff wasn’t very professional and wearing dirty jeans, the restaurant had a grease feeling on the floors and tables. Outdated design and furniture. Also dirt and food all over the floors.Very nasty restaurant. It’s sad, because I love Long Johns food.

Absolutely the worst Long John’s I have ever eaten at.They never have condiments. I was there 2 months ago and I couldn’t believe all the things I was told they were out of. I ask why hey were even open.Today08/23/22 was told straight up before I even ordered that they had no tartar sauce. I said ask who serves fish with no tartar sauce?The place was absolutely filthy nasty. I will never eat there again.Pathetic!Owner needs to have this place burned down!

Never again! We waited 40 minutes for grilled shrimp, hush puppies and 2 fish tacos. Everything was hard and dried out. They really need clean house on this place and let everyone go or close down because this is freaking pitiful. And there is no point in saying your short handed. Everyone is short staffed either learn to overcome it or CLOSE DOWN!

I love Long John Silvers but this particular restaurant is in desperate need of a renovation. The paint on the exterior is cracked and fading and the parking lot has several pot holes and the interior of the building has tiles broken and walls with damage. I have no problems with the food but I definitely recommend using the drive thru.
